Concierge

Your personal concierge will work with you to understand your booking schedule. Then you just leave it to us. We will already know how much clean stock you have of each product. We will know in advance when you need to replenish your clean stock. We will ensure that you have enough spare to give you the safety margin that you want.

In Sync

We ask you to share as much information as possible regarding your bookings – the more that you share the more planning we can do for you. Knowing your bed configurations and sizes will allow us to get it exactly right.

We can also happily handle the differing combinations, such as when you need to split a Super King into two Singles. Just let us know and we will sort it for you.

Communication

We will contact you or your appointed representative through whatever means is easiest for you. In person by phone or email works well, and soon we will release our web interface which will facilitate the process even more.
