How We Do It
Highly Competitively Priced Laundry
As an example a Double Bed Linen set costs from £7.98+VAT including our full turn-around delivery and collection service by courier.
Doorstep Delivery
We deliver directly to you from our commercial laundries, where-ever you are. Our laundry boxes can reach you in nearly all places in mainland UK.
What Linen Hire Model
We own the linen saving you the investment of buying 3 or more sets of linen and towels for each bed.
Easy Ordering
When you share your booking diary with us we will prompt you when you need to order to ensure that you never risk being low on stock.
Giving you the stock you need
We do everything we can to provide you the quality service that you need to allow you to look after your guests, On change over you simply box up the used laundry and we organise the rest: our couriers arrive at your door with the return label, and within days the clean laundry arrives back with you.
You choose the most convenient address, whether at the cottage, your home, or your cleaner’s address. Whatever works best for you.

We make sure that you are well supplied with the right stock.
One on the bed
At all times you keep a set of laundry in use or awaiting use on the bed.
One set being washed
Once used you pack your linen and towels into one of our boxes and the courier collects to return it to the laundry for washing.
One set in your cupboard
Having the spare set ready to go is vital for the smooth and comfortable operation of your property. You may wish to have an extra set for greater comfort and we can discuss this to meet your needs.
Our Pricing Model
There are 3 simple elements to our pricing:
A ‘Wash Charge’
The basic charge for the wash of the linen and towel sets. We will only charge you when we send the clean linen out, so in weeks when you have no guests and no laundry to return there is no wash charge, no weekly minimum.
A ‘Service Charge’
This is a weekly fee per bed covering the Concierge service and for the costs of hiring you the sets of bed linen and towels that we have provided for you. On our price list (available upon request) the charge stated is inclusive of the usual 3 sets per bed, and we can adjust this easily if you wish to have more sets available to you, or when the concierge determines that you need more stock cover..
A Delivery Charge
Our delivery charge covers the cost of the round-trip:
– having the clean laundry shipped out to any address of your choosing
– the return of the used laundry back to us for washing
Generally there is a single price for nearly all areas of mainland UK, but islands such as the Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly have a slightly increased charge.

We can deliver to Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight where the delivery charge is slightly different.
